Letter From Paris: Wisteria Season

This year spring has come to me in Paris in a way I've never seen before.  It has opened a show of voluptuous wisteria draping walls and fences in the secret gardens of this city.  The luscious lilac flowers tend to decorate Paris's hidden spaces. 

How does the color feel to us?

This shade of purple suggests refinement along with grace, elegance, and something special.
