FAREWELL
Farewell, dear readers!
Since I signed up for a new job, I have to say good-bye to you all... but who knows? I may swing by from time to time just to say hello to you and our beloved Beth!
For my last piece, I wanted to share with you the exhibition I produced with friends in early July at the French Institute of Fashion (pictured above). We started with a simple observation: For every year we live, we gain three months of life expectancy. In 2050, one-fourth of the Occidental population will be over 65 years old, and both our economical and political systems might sincerely be quite dependent on our elderly!
So we developed three stories to show that when you get to a venerable age you may have more options that those you had in mind!!
We called it THE GRANS'GANG. The point was to show that grannies still rock over 80 years old.
